We always think about bringing people and companies together. Meta Ventures, the Corporate Venture Capital arm of Meta, foster an innovative ecosystem that connects startups, investors, companies, partners, universities, research labs, and society.
The company identifies startups with high business development potential that are in synergy with the vertical purposes of Meta.
Our purpose is always to invest in technology and people – and we want to give development opportunities to those who want to grow with us. At the Innovation Center, we value, within our training processes, talents who seek professional improvement. We encourage them to create and execute technological projects to solve the most diverse challenges, to be more prepared for the job market based on real experiences.
The Innovation Hub aims to develop leaders focused on the technology market, with the mission to keep the company at the cutting edge of Digital Transformation.
Youth and Technology Program
An initiative in partnership with universities fostering the development and training of teenagers to work with the most diverse kinds of innovation, in the Information Technology and Entrepreneurship fields. Over 11 years, we have already trained more than 800 talents between 13 and 16 years old.
5S Program
Simplicity, agility, and excellence have always been part of our company’s internal culture. The 5S Program aims the sustainable use of Meta’s resources based on the five senses present in our daily routine: use, disposal, organization, cleanliness, health, and discipline.
